The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media of Seton Hall University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors to teach on-campus in our Art History program. Duties and Responsibilities: • Teach up to two courses per semester • Each class meets twice a week for a combined 2.5 hours • For additional information about the program, visit https://www.shu.edu/academics/ba-art-history.cfm Required Qualifications: • Expertise and ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: Art of the Western World (Western art survey from prehistory to present) • Earned PhD degree in art history Licenses and Certificates: • A minimum of one year teaching experience at the college level • Earned terminal degree in art history Salary Range: Minimum pay is $1200 per credit for those without a terminal degree and $1300 per credit for those with a terminal degree Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt Benefits Information: For details about employee benefits, see: https://www.shu.edu/human-resources/benefits.html Seton Hall University offers supplemental retirement benefits.
