Job Description Sales Specialist Philadelphia (Remote within territory) We’re working with a growing biopharmaceutical company looking to add a Rare Disease Sales Specialist to their field team. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing commercial group, driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across a defined territory. What you’ll be doing: Managing and growing a specialty territory Building relationships with physicians and key healthcare stakeholders Delivering clinical and product education Executing strategic business plans to hit sales targets Partnering cross-functionally to maximise account success What they’re looking for: 5–10 years of pharma/biotech sales experience (or relevant clinical background) Experience in specialty markets preferred Exposure to rare disease Strong track record of performance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why consider it?
