Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate: Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects. I nstallation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager. Qualifications for Success: Sales Experience: 3-5 years of in-home and/or outside sales. Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
