Lundbeck US is seeking a motivated and experienced Psychiatry Account Manager to join our dedicated team in Deerfield, IL. This role is pivotal in promoting our cutting-edge pharmaceutical products that focus on brain diseases, ensuring the company's commitment to improving patient outcomes and upholding clinical excellence. As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of psychiatry to foster relationships with healthcare professionals, educate them on our products, and drive our business objectives in the psychiatric medication market. Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers in psychiatry including physicians, nurses, and other relevant healthcare staff. Present product information and clinical data to potential clients to ensure informed decision making. Manage territories strategically to maximize sales, meet targets, and build profitable long-term business relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the psychiatric pharmaceuticals field, providing timely reports to management. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, along with company policies. Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date with advancements in psychiatry and pharmaceutical sales strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly organized manner In-depth knowledge of psychiatry and pharmaceutical sales Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license Preferred: Certification in Pharmaceutical Sales such as from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Representatives.
