This is a position that requires being in the office all 5 days - no remote applicants please.

Responsibilities:
--- Building our sales team by...
--- Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
--- Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner.
--- No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews.

Qualifications:
--- Prefer Sales, Real Estate, and Recruiting experience
--- Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office.
--- Strong money motivation.
--- Great phone voice and attitude.
