innovation.The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible
for processing customer orders received by email, EDI or fax. The
CSR works closely with the Customer Service Team Lead to ensure all
customer requirements are being met.The ideal candidate will exude
positivity and portray a can-do attitude in everything they do,
while providing exemplary service to all Customers.Description/
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and
concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Enter and process customer orders that are received via email,
- Ensure changes to customer orders are communicated to the
- Research availability of product for orders.
- Match signed pick tickets to invoices and file in customer
- Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish as
- Print and distribute daily reports.
- Weekend On-Call (rotating weekends).
- Other duties as assigned.. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Spanish languages skills, an asset.
- Demonstrated aptitude for numbers and proficiency in
mathematics. Ability to enter data into the computer system
- Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication
- It must work well under pressure and can troubleshoot and solve
- Great attention to detail and excellent tracking skills.
- Positive, you can make attitude with desire to learn.
