We're looking for a skilled Project Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll develop accurate, competitive proposals for a variety of environmental, remediation, and industrial projects. What You'll Do:

- Prepare detailed bids and proposals for environmental cleanup, field services, civil, and remediation projects

- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

- Perform accurate take-offs and quantity calculations (earthwork, tank volumes, pipe lengths, etc.)

- Build professional bid packages and project schedules using Microsoft Project

- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings

- Review contracts and understand financial impacts (budget, margins, P&L)

- Manage vendor, subcontractor, and supplier relationships - including price negotiations

- Prepare project reports, work plans, and safety documentation

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT, DEP)

- Work closely with internal teams and leadership throughout the project cycle

- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism

- Support additional company initiatives and collaborate across departments


What You Bring:

- Solid background in environmental cleanup, construction, or facility decommissioning

- Experience with contract review and technical bid documents

- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry best practices

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
