Job Description National HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time inside sales / customer service / counter position (710 W. Delilah Road, Pleasantville, NJ 08232) to help support our continued growth and expansion. Candidates with multi-year sales experience in HVAC/R field or in other industries preferred. Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people a must. Essential Job Functions Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions Provide accurate and timely execution of customer---s orders, requests, and other services Use a computer system to research products, conduct invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment. Load and unload company, customer, and outside carrier vehicles using proper equipment Break down and put away stock Regular and punctual attendance Overtime and weekend work may be required (during the summer season) Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment inside and out Be willing to work, learn and have fun Qualifications: ---Requires moving, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching, and ability to climb ladders Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input Company Description Throughout its many years in business, United Refrigeration Inc. has grown to be a trusted name among mechanical contractors, supermarkets, small entrepreneurs, service mechanics and large industrials, providing prompt, comprehensive service, and focusing on the customer's individual HVAC/R needs.
