Job Description:
Marvin, a respected leader in the design and manufacturing of
premium windows and doors, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic
Event Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role
involves crafting engaging event experiences that elevate our brand
and forge strong relationships within the industry. As an Event
Marketer at Marvin, you will manage, coordinate, and execute all
aspects of our events from concept to completion, showcasing our
commitment to innovation and quality in every detail. Plan and
execute all logistics for a variety of event types, including trade
shows, product launches, sales conferences, and company-sponsored
public events. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
to ensure event messaging aligns with overall brand strategy and
business goals. Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors and venues,
and ensure all events are executed within financial guidelines.
Design promotional materials and event experiences that reflect the
Marvin brand identity and appeal to both existing and prospective
clients. Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to
enhance event promotion and engagement. Analyze event outcomes and
provide detailed reports on engagement and ROI. Stay up-to-date
with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously
improve event strategy and execution. Strong organizational and
project management skills Excellent verbal and written
communication Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts Creative thinking
and problem-solving capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and
ability to work collaboratively Certification in Event Management
(CEM) or similar is highly desirable
