We are searching for a listing coordinator who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. If this sounds exciting to you, we'd love to hear from you today!Compensation:$30,000 - $50,000Responsibilities:Organize all showings and keep in close contact with other agents to communicate with them about their showings and increase homes soldTrack sales activity and input all information into CRM to create reports and share goal progress with the teamOversee all aspects of seller transactions from initial contact to execute purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homesEnter all MLS listings and update as necessary to maintain customer satisfactionArrange all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing preparation, comparative market analysis, and online research for properties on the MLS databaseQualifications:Experience in the following is preferred: real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgagesMust be licensed in real estate or pursuing a licenseAssociate's degree preferred but not required to applyAble to convey written and verbal information to customers and agents clearly and accuratelyHas a passion for providing great customer serviceAbout CompanyWe are committed to helping our clients achieve their desired results during their real estate transactions, and always keeping their best interests in mind.
