Ultimately, you want a work environment that provides opportunity and supports both our clients and your professional goals.Job DescriptionCommunicating with prospects and customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approachesCreate and deliver qualified opportunities to other team membersMaintain and expand the company's database of prospects.Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates,complete profile information, sources, etc.Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.Overcome objections of prospective customersMaintain daily activities in business management platform, ConnectWise, to track interactionProvide daily/weekly updates to manager on individual activityOther duties assigned by managementAssist with building client facing literature, training, and messaging Minimal Key Performance IndicatorsBusiness Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for exceeding the minimal KPI every month with a goal of establishing a balance between new bookings, outbound calls, and opportunities generated by STCs. Competencies---Strong phone presence with the objective of dialing for appointments. 4-6 Hours of cold call a day.---Experience working with CRM systems---Excellent verbal and written communication skills---Strong listening and sales qualifying skills---Strong business acumen---Organized & detail oriented, especially in fast-paced, empowered environment---General technology background & commitment to learning ComTec products in a detailed manner. Education/Experience While we value a college or vocational degree or certification, we do not have a specific educational requirement.
