This entry-level sales position is straight commission with great earning potential. We provide a competitive hourly base pay during the training period until your commission exceeds your training pay. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC SALES

As a Community Representative / HVAC Sales, you arrive at scheduled appointments and follow up with leads that area marketing represents have prepared for hearing more. Your people skills are the tool of your trade. With attention to detail, you perform basic home energy audits and introduce our home performance program. Relying on your extensive on-the-job training, you make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. The great information that you give and the good impression that you make prepare the way for our Business Analysts to close the deal.

You enjoy meeting new people, working out in the field, and that no two days are exactly the same. Also organized and goal-oriented, you meet and exceed sales goals. You keep accurate and up-to-date status updates about your interactions with homeowners and help coordinate the Building Analysts' schedules. You feel good about giving customers the opportunity for more energy-efficient homes at affordable prices while driving our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC SALES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to meet standard insurance safe driving requirements
  • Ability to climb ladders and crawl in crawlspaces and attics
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer and technology skills

Basic knowledge of construction concepts, building science, or energy efficiency principles is preferred but not required. We can train someone with the right attitude and aptitudes! WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position is on a rotating Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM schedule. In order to accommodate homeowners' schedules, availability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends is required.
