Fiscal Program Assistant
Southwest Council, a large NonProfit organization located in southern New Jersey seeks a full time, detail-oriented Fiscal Assistant who is eager to grow with us! This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with accounting and fiscal management experience to assist the Director of Operations with fiscal, human resources and administrative duties necessary for service provision and contract compliance.

The selected Individual must have excellent critical thinking skills while performing a wide variety of complex job assignments within the department. This position involves every aspect of fiscal management and provides an opportunity to learn explicit details of a non-profit's fiscal management system. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and all aspects of accounting procedures. Must have a strong attention to detail. Min. 2 years exp. working in accounting and finance, Non-Profit management experience a plus. A BS/BA deg. In an appropriate field from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Salary $35,568-$45,000 with fringe pkg., including healthcare coverage.
