performs machining operations on production and support equipment
within the mold shop. Responsibilities include manufacturing
machine components, tooling, fixtures, and jigs used across
production processes. This role supports engineering and production
by performing layout, construction, modification, and repair of
assembly equipment. The machinist also fabricates precision
components for automation, extrusion, and injection mold systems
used to produce finished goods. Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Performs all machining functions of production and support
equipment in assigned areas. Work includes manufacture of assembly
machine components, tooling, fixtures and jigs. Performs all duties
involving layout, construction, alteration, repair of assembly
equipment, engineering and production needs. All work is to be
performed in such a manner as to ensure good workmanship with
minimum delay. Must demonstrate knowledge of the field's policies,
procedures and practices. Will become the subject matter expert at
higher levels of job. Senior position may act as team leader to
ensure that the works meet agreed targets by directly overseeing
work team members. Documents activities accordingly. The job

responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills Required to apply entry level working
knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises
general application of principles, theories and concepts, and
proposes a course of action. Performs entry level shop floor
competencies. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis. May
require some limited judgement in resolving problems. Contacts are
primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required: High school diploma/G.E.D required, Associate's or
technical degree preferred. 0-00.5 years related experience OR PBS
requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.
Applicable industry/professional certification preferred. Regular
and predictable on-site attendance Ability to work non-standard
schedule as needed While performing the duties of this job, the

reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to
