Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Lead to oversee inventory
operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate
inventory levels, monitoring product quality and rotation, and
leading a small team to ensure efficient and organized storage of
perishable goods. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain
accurate inventory counts for all produce items. Conduct regular
cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper rotation of
perishable goods using FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Lead and
train inventory staff in proper handling, labeling, and storage
procedures. Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and production
teams to track product movement. Generate inventory reports and
assist in audits as needed. Identify and report quality issues or
shrink concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of
inventory areas. Requirements: Previous experience in inventory
control, preferably in a refrigerated or produce environment.
Strong understanding of inventory systems and basic data entry.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team. Familiarity with food
safety guidelines and handling of perishable goods. Comfortable
working in cold storage conditions (34–50°ree;F). Attention
to detail and strong organizational skills. Forklift experience
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Schedule: Full-time; Overnight Shift;
Monday – Saturday: 9:30pm - Finish Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr based on
