McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and
motivated attorney to join our Eminent Domain/Condemnation team
with 3-5 years of experience representing clients in the
acquisition of property for public purposes throughout New Jersey.
Relevant work experience should include advising municipalities and
other public agencies on the lawful exercise of eminent domain
authority, drafting documents relating to the acquisition of
property, including purchase and sale agreements and condemnation
complaints and related documents, reviewing documents relating to
title issues, property valuation and tenant relocation, and
drafting and responding to legal briefs in eminent domain
litigation. Experience conducting condemnation commissioners’
hearings and/or trials is preferred, but not required. Benefits:

Admission to the New Jersey Bar - 3-5 years of relevant experience
