The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a proven track record in handling diverse legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal memos. Represent the company in legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, draft and negotiate settlements. Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company. Develop company policy and position on legal issues. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Proven background in corporate governance, contract law, and general corporate law.
