enviornment. Job Details The attorney will provide legal advice,
conduct research, prepare and review legal documents, and represent
clients in court. This role involves day-to-day interactions with
clients, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other team
members on various cases. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal
advice and representation to clients in commercial/business
litigation matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
and briefs. Represent clients in court and during settlement
negotiations. Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on
case strategy and management. Qualifications: Experience in
Commercial Litigation. Strong research skills. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and
as part of a team. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. Admission to the New Jersey Bar. Experience in trial
preparations and courtroom procedures is a plus. Interested in
