Career Growth! Job Details We are seeking an experienced Employment
Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is a
unique opportunity for a passionate professional to work on a
variety of complex employment litigation matters. The successful
candidate will be involved in high-profile cases, providing expert
advice and legal representation to our clients. This role offers an
excellent opportunity for professional growth, with exposure to a
wide range of employment law issues and the chance to work closely
with senior partners and clients. Responsibilities: Manage and
oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending
depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Handle a variety of
employment litigation matters, including discrimination,
harassment, wage & hour disputes, employee relations issues, and
ADA compliance. Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions,
briefs, opinions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research
and analysis on a wide range of employment law issues. Provide
expert legal advice to clients on employment law matters, ensuring
compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Develop strategies
for handling legal issues in creative and effective ways. Maintain
current knowledge of changes in employment law and advise clients
accordingly. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the best
possible outcomes for our clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law
in the state. Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment
litigation, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, wage & hour
disputes, employee relations issues, and ADA compliance. Proven
track record of managing all aspects of complex litigation. Strong
legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet
tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build relationships with clients and colleagues. High degree of
professional ethics and integrity. Proficient in legal research
