litigation experience with a concentration in the defense of
personal injury and property damage claims, including products
liability, construction litigation, toxic torts defense, premises

environment Job Details Qualifications: 4 years of litigation
experience with a concentration in insurance defense. JD from an
accredited law school. Admission to practice law in MD required (DC
or VA a plus) Experience with complex general liability,
professional liability, construction litigation, property damage
claims, the defense of personal injury claims, and transportation
