Description We are seeking a mission-focused CNO Developer who thrives in an Agile environment and understands the weight of delivering operational capabilities. We need a creative problem-solver who doesn’t just write code but understands the entire integrated kill chain. In this role, you will be focused on: Delivering Payloads, Implants, and Exploits (PIE) and integrated kill chains directly to the MARFORCYBER Cyber Support Team and Development Operations Group. Supporting unit, component, and system test activities to ensure capabilities are mission-ready. Researching platforms and implementing surgical solutions. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience Two (2) years experience as a CNO SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $150,000 - $270,000.
