across all 50 states. Job Details The HR Business Partner (HRBP)
aligns business objectives with employees and management in
designated business units. The position formulates partnerships
across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management
and employees that reflects the business objectives of the
organization and fosters an equitable, diverse, and inclusive work
environment. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business
literacy about the business unit's financial position, its strategy
and its culture. Responsibilities Works closely with management and
employees to improve work relationships, build engagement, and
increase productivity and retention. Attends recurring meetings
with respective leaders to consult with management, providing HR
guidance for both short and long -term strategic planning. Provides
day-to-day performance and talent management guidance and HR policy
interpretation to leadership (e.g., goal-setting, coaching,
counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Analyzes
trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group and leadership
to develop solutions, programs and policies. Support the
development and execution of key programs and initiatives,
including Inclusion and Diversity plans, employee engagement,
management and employee development, rewards and recognition.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and leadership to identify
candidates for hire and to develop contract terms for new hires,
promotions, and transfers. Partners with leadership and manages to
resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting and
coordinating effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual
executive coaching needs. Collaborate with Learning and Development
and leadership in the execution and delivery of training needs.
Support the business in forecasting and managing to a budget
through personnel initiatives. Coordinate with team members and
management to evaluate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), FMLA,
and accommodation requests. Provides guidance and input on business
unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Support the business through divestitures and acquisitions,
including review of the legal requirements and risk, personnel
impact, and change management approach. Maintains in-depth
knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of
employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Serves as
back-up support to HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure
consistent, seamless customer service. The above essential

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 7 years of
HR Business Partner experience partnering with executives in
multiple disciplines or related strategic HR experience Skills &
Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict
resolution, relationship building and customer service Skilled in
guiding and supporting leadership through change management
Proficient in organizational design and workforce planning Strong
business acumen—demonstrated ability to learn business objectives
quickly and influence talent and org decisions that impact business
outcomes Strong analytical skills with the ability to take direct
ownership of interpreting data and using data to influence decision
making High degree of discretion, sound judgment and
problem-solving skills. Experience building relationships across
the HR function as well as across the enterprise within and outside
of the core client groups Effective presentation, facilitation and
advocacy skills, to achieve meaningful outcomes for the teams and
products Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working
relationships exercising teamwork and collaboration Strong
organizational, project management and change management skills
Customer Service - Demonstrated sense of accountability and
dependability for the quality and timeliness of meeting customer
inquiries Expert knowledge and understanding of local, state and
federal laws concerning labor relations. Strong oral and written
communication skills and influencing capabilities. Knowledge
recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies Experience and
proficiency using various personal computer software including MS
Office and HRIS systems. Experience in project managing
enterprise-wide initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, and
divestitures PHR, SPHR or other HR certification Physical Demands
