Job Description Job Description HR Generalist (Contract) Location: King of Prussia, PA Pay Rate: $30-$34/hour Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our client's team in King of Prussia, PA on a contract basis. This role will handle a broad range of human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes Assist with employee relations matters and investigations Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems Support benefits enrollment and questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with performance management and disciplinary documentation Partner with managers on HR initiatives and workforce needs Support recruiting coordination as needed Prepare HR reports and metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3 years of HR Generalist experience Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion SHRM-CP/PHR preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate -privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
