Associate Director, Program Management on the Program Management
team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious
diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Program Management,
you’ll utilize best-in-class program management and drug
development expertise to provide executional oversight and
coordination of one or more global, late-stage program(s). Working
in close partnership with the Senior Director, Program Management,
this role will be accountable for end-to-end project planning,
cross-functional leadership and strategic contributions to the
integrated development plan. The role involves both hands-on
program management and a strategic mindset to drive the execution
of the program integrated development plan. This is a remote
position, traveling to the Bridgewater, NJ office as needed. What
You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with
the program management organization to design new processes and
business structures and contribute to the refinement of global
solutions that drive process standardization and simplification
across the company. You’ll also: Create and maintain integrated
program timelines Proactively identify and manage program
risks/mitigations Support budget planning and tracking Partner with
multiple internal line functions to track and ensure compliant
program execution Facilitate alignment and highlight
interdependencies across functions to resolve challenges Represent
program team on functional sub-teams Drive development and report
on progress of team annual goals Create and maintain program
documentation and dashboards Contribute to regular enterprise-level
reports for executive leadership Drive alignment and updates to the
integrated development plan Who You Are: You have Bachelors degree
in life sciences, along with 5 years of cross-functional program
management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in
an R&D, manufacturing/operations or commercial context in a
biotech/bio-pharmaceutical environment. You are or you also have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus but not
required. Experience and knowledge in the drug development process
with late-stage experience a distinct advantage Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate
team members and develop productive working relationships with key
stakeholders. Self-motivation with demonstrated success in
fast-paced environments and strong desire to drive results,
including a results-oriented work ethic and positive attitude.
Analytical thinking skills with good problem-solving skills and
ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
Hands-on approach toward achieving business results with
willingness to take on diverse responsibilities Proficient computer
skills (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). LI-TBI
