This position is responsible for the management of Inspira Health's compensation programs, that include(s) base compensation programs and operations, variable compensation programs, and specialty compensation, which includes components of physician compensation contracts and executive compensation modeling and implementation as necessary/requested by senior leadership.MAJOR FUNCTION: This position is responsible for the management of Inspira Health's compensation programs, that include(s) base compensation programs and operations, variable compensation programs, and specialty compensation, which includes components of physician compensation contracts and executive compensation modeling and implementation as necessary/requested by senior leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: ---Bachelor's degree in Human Resource required. ---Certification in Human Resources (i.e. SHRM), with compensation specialty a plus, but not required.---Experience/familiar with Oracle HRIS preferred.---Minimum of five-seven years Human Resources experience required, with a concentration in various HR shared services functions preferred (comp, benefits, HRIS, etc.). ---Minimum of 4 years direct compensation experience required, which must include experience in not only base pay compensation, but also variable and specialty compensation program experience and/or oversite. ---Prior leadership experience (minimum 1 year) in compensation area(s) also required. Certification/ Licensure:---N/AKnowledge & Skills:---Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. ---Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. ---Ability in influence/persuade. Keen presentation skills and collaborative aptitude.---Ability to accurately perform and lead in a high volume, variable workload environment, with frequent interruptions, and competing priorities.---Deadlines driven. ---Results oriented, works effectively and independently with minimal oversite.At Inspira Health, you'll join with the area's most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities.
