Horizon America Staffing is a privately owned, Minority Business Enterprise, rapidly growing staffing firm. We primarily focus on Light Industrial Staffing. We are looking to add an HR coordinator / Branch Manager / Recruiter to our team!! The person in this role will split their time between our Vineland HQ, our Willingboro NJ office, and our Philadelphia office. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ACA
  • Workers Comp
  • Health Benefits / Open Enrollment Coordination
  • Offer letters
  • Assist with Client management and recruiting
  • as well as any HR related escalations We are looking for someone with 1-3 years HR coordinating/recruiting experience.
    • Conduct new hire employee orientation
    • Administering various employee benefits programs
    • Process new hire paperwork including background checks and new hire forms
    • Organize employee personnel and benefits file
    • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits
    • Act as the point of contact for one of our onsite clients
    • Help the recruiting team when necessary
    • Act as Branch Manager for daily office needs Job Requirements:
      • Perform employee relations and employee counseling
      • Deliver human resources related training
      • Manage employee benefits administration processes
      • Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement
      • Deliver presentations regarding human resources/employee relations activities and procedures
      • Provide employee relations leadership and support on employee relations situations
      • Act as a resource on human resources matters to human resources personnel
      • Lead employee relations initiatives to improve employee engagement
      • Conduct new employee training on human resources related policies and procedures
      • Administer human resources policies and procedures
      • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
      • Oversee employee relations and performance management
      • Manage other human resources staff
      • Manage through employee relations issues
      • Coordinating employee benefits and payroll processes
      • Advise managers on employee relations issues
      • Assist with employee relations issues
      • Demonstrate leadership in employee relations
      • Prepare human resources department budget
      • Provide management to human resources staff
