Restaurant | Casino Environment | Atlantic City, NJ We are seeking
a driven and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house
operations for a high-volume, culinary-focused fast-casual concept
located inside a major casino in Atlantic City. This role is ideal
for a proven kitchen leader who thrives in fast-paced environments,
understands the financial side of the business, and knows how to
build, motivate, and retain strong teams. If you’re passionate
about food, execution, and developing people, this is a great

Key Responsibilities Lead all daily kitchen operations, ensuring
consistent food quality, speed, and sanitation standards Manage
food cost, labor cost, inventory, and ordering to meet budgeted
P&L targets Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and labor
optimization in a high-volume environment Recruit, interview,
train, and develop BOH team members Coach and lead the kitchen team
with a hands-on, positive leadership style Ensure compliance with
all health, safety, and casino regulations Partner closely with FOH
and casino leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
Maintain strong systems for prep, production, cleanliness, and line
execution What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience as a
Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH Manager in a culinary-focused
fast casual or casual dining environment Strong understanding of
food cost control, labor management, inventory systems, and P&L
fundamentals Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams
accountable Experience in high-volume operations preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure A true team
