high-quality seafood and soul food dishes in line with our
authentic recipes. Ensure the highest standards of food safety and
sanitation, including proper food handling and storage. Innovate
and create new recipes while maintaining the consistency of classic
dishes. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment,
fostering team growth and development. Requirements: 4 years of
professional culinary experience with a focus on seafood and soul
food preferred Valid food handling certification. Proven ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong reliability
and responsibility with a consistent track record of showing up on
time and ready to work. A commitment to continuous learning and a
