Our confidential client located in Vineland, NJ, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist the Account Managers with various duties. The primary function of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive teleservice. Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction while providing customer support
• Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic attitude towards the customers at all times
• Ability to work with strict deadlines
• Follow-up on shipping statuses and expedited orders
• Promptly and professionally respond to general inquiries from customers via email and telephone communication
• Interact with buyers, sales representatives, productions, and quality staff to resolve questions and issues
• Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of continuous FT work experience in Sales or non-retail customer service
    
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    
    • Associates degree in Business or related field
    • At least four years of continuous full time employment in sales or non - retail customer service
      
      Salary:
      
      • $18.50-$19.25 per hour
      • Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM (Overtime may be required)
