Job Description:

A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Occupational Medicine Physician for a 3-month travel assignment. providing temporary coverage in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7am to 4pm
• Setting: Occupational Health

Responsibilities:

• Conducting occupational health evaluations and exams
• Performing DOT physicals and documentation
• Interpreting EKGs and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)
• Providing basic suturing and wound care
• Managing work-related injuries and return-to-work evaluations
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Physician License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine
• DOT certification
• Comfortable performing minor procedures and diagnostic tests
• Efficient in EMR documentation using Cority
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Adaptable and flexible to changing situations

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care
• Advanced Degree in Medicine
• Additional certifications in Occupational Health
• Proficiency in digital record systems
