Surg for a travel nursing job in Jersey City, New Jersey. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week -
Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel About the Position
Specialty: RN – Infectious Disease Experience: 1–2 years of
clinical RN experience; infectious disease or isolation care
preferred License: Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications: BLS – AHA, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Knowledge of
infection control protocols, PPE usage, and antimicrobial
stewardship /n Description: The RN supports the care of patients
with infectious or communicable diseases, including COVID-19, HIV,
TB, and others. Responsibilities include isolation care, monitoring
vital signs, administering medications, patient education on
infection prevention, and coordinating with infection control
teams. The RN plays a critical role in identifying symptoms,
supporting treatment plans, and preventing cross-contamination. /n
