Job Description:

and enjoy improved quality of life. We are currently seeking
compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our patient
care team. In this role, you will collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Our
registered nurses play a pivotal role in planning, implementing,
and evaluating treatment regimens to achieve optimal patient
outcomes in accordance with our standards of care. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate
patient care plans. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes
in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate patient reports and
medical histories, administer medication and treatments, and
observe legal and ethical guidelines. Proficient in clinical skills
with an ability to handle medical equipment. Strong ability to work
within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving
capabilities. Empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
