Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in
providing exemplary rehabilitative care. As part of our nursing
staff, you will play a crucial role in implementing personalized
care plans and ensuring the comfort and recovery of our patients at
our state-of-the-art facility. This position demands a committed

quality of life. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop
and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate,
detailed reports and records. Modify patient treatment plans as
indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Consult and
coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency in clinical skills with attention
to detail Ability to operate medical equipment Critical thinking
and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
