Evaluate patient medical history and any new conditions or injuries Create tailored treatment plans that focus on patient-specific needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions for pain management and improved mobility Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and ongoing home exercises Maintain patient confidentiality and records according to HIPAA regulations Proven ability to develop and follow through on effective treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Ability to handle a full caseload and prioritize tasks Proficient in the use of physical therapy equipment and techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist BLS/CPR certification
