Ivy Rehab is seeking a qualified Clinic Director Physical Therapist to lead our dedicated team and manage the day-to-day operations at one of our outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to evidence-based, personalized patient care, overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. As a leader in our network, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional therapeutic outcomes, foster a collaborative team environment, and uphold our standards of care. Manage daily clinic operations and coordinate patient care services. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of clinic staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement policies for patient care and clinic operations. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary. Manage clinic financials including budgeting and financial planning. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of medical software and administrative systems. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Board certification in orthopedics or sports physical therapy (recommended but not required).
