Job Description Job Description PPE is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine team on a per diem basis at Carewell Health in E. Orange, NJ Carewell Medical Center is a boutique community hospital serving Essex County, a place where every patient is family. Formerly known as East Orange General Hospital, we are the sole independent, acute care hospital in Essex County. Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients with acute illnesses and injuries Perform focused physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests Initiate treatment plans and procedures under physician supervision Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff Qualifications: Current NJ PA license & NCCPA certification Emergency Medicine or urgent care experience preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills Compensation: Competitive pay Join a fast-paced, supportive team delivering excellent emergency care to our community!
