As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide quality care and support to individuals and families. Requirements: Minimum Two years experience Must provide supervision to Associate Counselors Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards. Provide consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.
