Solid clinical judgment, assessment, delegation, and leadership
qualities Description: Float pool nurses should have a minimum of 2
years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a
behavioral health setting. Float nurses will be the more
experienced nurses working on all inpatient units, which include
children, adolescents, and adult age groups. Candidates must have
solid clinical judgment, assessment, delegation, and leadership
qualities. Registered Nurses may be required to work as the charge
RN during a shift, and there will not be a charge pay bump for
those hours. Candidates should expect to float within their scope
to meet facility needs. RTO must be submitted with the initial
profile, and any requests for RTO after submission must be worked
out with the facility. The facility has a strong stance against
accepting medical marijuana cards in support of their addictions
treatment teams. They will not accept candidates who test positive
for marijuana on the drug screen. Please note that all candidates
must pass the drug screen on the first try to continue with
onboarding. Selected candidates will be required to complete
fingerprinting prior to the start date. Candidates must have their
permanent license in hand at the time of submission, as temporary
