Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in personalized rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with Physical Therapists to implement therapeutic plans that help patients regain or improve their mobility and manage pain. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive, and committed to delivering the highest quality care to our patients. Assist Physical Therapists in the execution of patient care plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as prescribed, including exercises and manual therapy techniques. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Educate patients and family members on treatments, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in patient assessments and team meetings to discuss care plans and progress. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Physical stamina and dexterity to manage hands-on therapy sessions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license as required by state guidelines CPR certification
