Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in providing personalized therapy in healthcare settings, seeks a Director of Rehab to oversee the delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing the rehabilitation staff, developing program strategies, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across all services. Your role will focus on enhancing patient outcomes, optimizing therapy practices, and upholding our commitment to tailored, patient-centric therapy solutions. Lead a team of therapy professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance therapy services and patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage budget and resource allocation for the rehab department. Measure and evaluate therapy outcomes and effectiveness. Liaise with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. Stay updated with advancements in therapy practices and integrate new methods into service offerings. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation and therapy practices Ability to manage budgets and understand healthcare finance Proficient in regulatory compliance and healthcare laws Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CHC, FACHE) preferred
