Registered Nurse Job Details Location: Vineland, NJ (Zip: 08360) – South Jersey nursing jobs Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Stepdown / Float Nurse supporting ED Holds Contract Length: 8 weeks with possible extension Start Date: January 26, 2026 Hours per Week: 48 (4 shifts/week) Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: 1 per contract if needed Requested Time Off (RTO): Up to 3 days Charting System: Cerner EMR Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,738 - $3,043 (W2) Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state Minimum 1 year of inpatient nursing experience Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA only) Ability to float between Cardiac Stepdown and Acute Care holds Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork Stepdown RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown and acute care patients Float to support ED Holds and clinical support teams as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR Participate in orientation and required clinical training modules Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations Looking for New Jersey nursing jobs?
