Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel NICU RN Travel Contract – Brick Township,
NJ Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights) Schedule: 3x12s, Every 2nd or
3rd Weekend, Holidays as Needed Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
On-Call: 2 Shifts per Month Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit) Job Summary: We’re seeking a compassionate and
experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the NICU team at a
reputable facility in Brick Township, NJ. As an NICU RN, you’ll be
responsible for evaluating and providing critical care for
newborns, working closely with physicians, and coordinating
high-quality, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Perform
comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care
plans. - Implement and document nursing interventions based on
patient needs and acuity. - Deliver evidence-based care aligned
with best practices and organizational standards. - Manage and
monitor the condition of NICU patients and respond to changes in
status. - Act as a patient advocate and support families through
challenging times. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
accordance with clinical protocols. Requirements: - Active RN
license (NJ) in good standing. - Recent NICU experience required
(usually 1–2 years minimum). - BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) certifications. - Ability to float if needed and handle
critical situations confidently. Requirements:/n/nActive RN license
