Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of one year of Emergency
Department experience within the past six months License: Active
state professional registered nurse license or multi-state compact
license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS, CEU
Contact Stroke (4 hours) Must-Have: Experience in a fast-paced
emergency department setting with the ability to assess and
prioritize patient care needs Description: Our Emergency Department
RNs are essential in providing care to patients during critical
moments. These nurses must be prepared to manage a variety of
emergency situations that involve patients of all ages. Our team is
trained to handle various trauma cases, requiring quick and
decisive actions. Ideal candidates must possess the ability to
assess incoming patients for both physical and mental health
conditions. They should be adept at prioritizing injuries and
medical needs effectively. Strong clinical knowledge and analytical
skills are necessary to develop effective nursing care plans.
Successful communication with patients, families, and hospital
personnel is essential in this role.
