This position focuses on providing case management, reentry planning, and SUD-related support. The ideal candidate will have experience in SUD counseling and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by justice-involved populations REENTRY SPECIALIST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - One year of experience in social services field. - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field - Case Management experience - Applicants with experience in a correctional health care setting will be given preference. - Certification or credential in substance use counseling (e.g., CADC, CSAC, or equivalent) strongly preferred. - Knowledge of SUD treatment and recovery principles. - Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills. - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
