Responsibilities: Essential Duties - Provides professional level
support and acts as a liaison to the procurement/Planning team. -
Manages/Coordinates all incoming delivery schedules for both 904
Postal Road and 939 Postal Road - Maintains Delivery Log for view
(Confirming general items being delivered) - Inspects and makes
decisions regarding damaged deliveries (rejecting shipments or not)
- Reviews documents to ensure all are provided (or coordinates with
Buyer to acquire) - Ensures all materials are received into the
system by the end of the business day or provides information to
the following shift to complete. - Supports procurement with
invoice matching when needed - Unloads trucks - Possesses solid
working knowledge of the subject matter - Trouble shoots Receiving
issues - During select times of the year (EOY, EOM) monitor
shipments and refuse trucks if too early (Procurement to work
closely with this person) - Produces reports tracking damaged
shipments over time by carrier or supplier, other issues that
impact receiving performance. Provides results back to procurement
quarterly. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also
include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from
time to time. General: It shall be the duty of every employee while

Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of

accomplish assigned task. - May require some limited judgement in
resolving problems. - Contacts are primarily with department
supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact
with external contractors/vendors. Expertise: Qualifications
-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required: - High school
diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical
degree preferred. - 02-04 years related experience required. -
Applicable industry/professional certification preferred. - Ability
to work non-standard schedule as needed While performing the duties
