Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians to proactively identify and provide for patient needs in accordance with LBH customer service standards and expectations along with The Joint Commission's standards and expectations.REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to problem-solve * Ability to multi-task * Basic computer * Knowledge and clinical competence in nursing care and skills * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing * Critical Thinking * Healthstream * Knowledge of medical terminology * Nursing process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act * MS Office Suite * Ability to operate medical equipment and various office machines including printers, computers, and various software programs: Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Healthstream, EPIC * Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control * Ability to follow verbal instructions.
