This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and adults receiving care for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for a compassionate, board-certified psychiatrist with a commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative care.ResponsibilitiesAs a Full-Time Psychiatrist, you will:Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management sessionsMonitor client progress, review lab results, and manage medication plansPrepare discharge orders and prescriptions in a timely and compliant mannerCollaborate closely with clinical staff and other medical professionals to ensure continuity of careProvide clinical consultation and support to the treatment teamParticipate in peer review and quality assurance processesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsAssist in shaping and improving psychiatric services across the programQualificationsBoard Certification in Psychiatry (required)Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in psychiatric medicineExperience treating co-occurring disorders, with strong knowledge of mental health and substance use treatmentFamiliarity with CARF, DDAP, and Office of Mental Health standardsStrong working knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards of careProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and electronic health record systemsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsTechnical CompetenciesDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a team-based settingStrong clinical judgment and familiarity with best practices in behavioral healthcareCommitment to continuous improvement and outcome-based carePyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
