Legacy Treatment Services offers outpatient mental health services for those who could benefit from improvements in mental and behavioral health. Our Outpatient Program offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to mental illness.Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesPlans for discharge and aftercareMaintains contact with referring agencies, treatment team providers, and related people, and with the community resources used for referralMaintains treatment recordsAssesses and interprets data about the consumers status in order to identify each consumers needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer groupQualifications:QualificationsMasters Degree in counseling field with at least one year of experience requiredLicensed to practice therapy in New JerseyLAC/LSW required, LPC/LCSW preferredAbout Legacy Treatment ServicesLegacy Treatment Services is a vibrant non-profit behavioral health organization that utilizes cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practice in treatment and clinical care.
