  Unit Overview : Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care. MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares for surgical patients.

  Weekend : Every other Sat/Sunday
  
  
  Experience : min 2 years
  
  
  RTO: 3 days or less, no Holiday RTO.
  
  
  Certifications :BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke scale, Stroke CEUs, PCU or Critical Care course
  
  
  Holiday : 1 per contract 1.3 bill rate
  
  
  OT : billable over 48hr
  
  
  Float : within speciality/ Elmer
