• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and provide feedback to physical therapists.
• Implement treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a SNF / LTC setting.
